SUMMARY:Hanley Swan Open Gardens
DESCRIPTION:A very popular annual event to raise money for Hanley churches\, running over three days from Saturday 3 – Monday 5 May 2025 (open 12pm – 5pm daily). \nThis is a village-wide event where we welcome over 1000 people from outside the surrounding areas every year. Last year\, many thousands of pounds were raised for charity. \nIn 2025\, 16 gardens are open\, all private\, some of which are small cottage-style gardens and some large estate-like. A Flower Festival celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day will be held in St. Gabriel’s Church. \nTickets: £7.50 to cover all 3 days (can be purchased on the day from any participating garden) \nPlant sales from various gardens\, toilets and light lunches/cream teas (at The Grange) are available.

DESCRIPTION:The Drunken Monkey Rock Festival\, in memory of Ian Downton\, returns for 2025 to provide three days of amazing music from over 50 bands and raise money for Midlands Air Ambulance. \nHeld on a 10-acre site off the Welland Road approximately one mile outside Upton upon Severn\, the festival features two stages and will have a fantastic line-up of bands performing over the three days.
